In partnership with retailers of cannabis products and cannabis communication, a biometric platform for the analysis ofconsumer consumption recorded with individual diagnostic devices is to be utilized throughout the transaction of cannabis goods or services. Membership into the biometric platform is to be established with the consent of the consumer. Biometric data,product information, and transaction information are to be highlighted and transcribed into entries of each transaction associated with the membership. Analysis of product application methods, product forms, consumption frequency, the financial implications of the transactions, and trends in physiological dataare proposed to promote personalized cannabis information for essential nutrient acceptance and facilitation by organ systems, the initiation of public health reform and research, and product innovations for packaging and raw material production.

Written and verbal proposals to establish biometric consumerengagement platforms were introduced to retail stores.
